Eyebrows

This is what happens when left alone with Mommy's makeup (3/26):

She said that you can't really see her eyebrows, so she used my makeup to make them.

Notice also her matching nightgown with Sheepie...she loves it!

Our Ski Bunny!

On Saturday, we took the girls to Snow Valley (on the way to Big Bear) and had Gabrielle take her first ski lesson.  She was hesitant on Friday when we told her the plan.  When Daddy brought home a very cute set of snow bibs and jacket, it helped the excitement grow!  Mommy was VERY happy that Daddy went to a few stores on the way home from Edwards Air Force Base and found the outfit.  Mommy had been calling stores all day with no luck (unless we wanted brown or black pants...that sure wouldn't have gone over well in this house!).  On Saturday,  she was very excited and telling everyone in the rental area that it was her first time.  After it was over and we were in the car, she said "Supersonic Speed is my middle name!"  Gotta love her!  She can't wait to go back!

Getting fitted with boots (3/9):

Someone was NOT happy about the snow suit that her parents borrowed and made her wear.  Nothing a little binkie bribery can't help!

An Economics Lesson that Really Rolls!

Gabrielle's school had their first craft fair this past Christmas and the girls made necklaces to sell at a table with Mommy.  The necklaces were a hit and the girls received the profits.  Mommy talked about how they made the necklaces, people gave them money for the necklaces, and then they use their money for something they want and give their money to the store for it, so then the store owner can use the money for what they want (Gabrielle said the owner of Toys R Us will buy a dustpan with it!).  Well, (with a coupon, to make the economics lesson even better) Gabrielle decided today at Toys R Us that she would spend her money on something she has been wanting......

A SCOOTER!

After Toys R Us (and other stops along the way), we went to the bike store to get Gabrielle a new helmet and Nicolette had fun trying the bikes out:
